We want every homeowner who reaches Accuracyopposition Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Accuracyopposition Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@accuracyopposition.garden and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, answer the email and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
